NC-87 becomes US-421 N. Continue 52.2 Miles.
Merge onto I-40 W via the LEFT RAMP. Continue 32.5 miles.
Take I-40 W toward Winston Salem/Statesville.
Merge onto US-421 N via Exit 188 toward Yadkinville/Wilkesboro.
Take the Jonestown Road Exit 239.
